2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit the website, Vercel automatically collects the following information in server log files transmitted by your browser:

  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Time of server request

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free provision of its website.

3. Advertising via Google AdSense

This website uses Google AdSense, an advertising service operated by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; “Google”). Google AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies (e.g. web beacons) to deliver ads, control ad frequency, measure effectiveness and prevent fraud.

Consent & withdrawal: Before serving personalized ads we obtain your consent via our cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). Your selection is stored locally in your browser. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the cookies and local storage of this website in your browser — the banner will then appear again on your next visit.

International data transfers:Google processes data, among other places, in the USA. Transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

On your first visit we display a cookie banner. Until you make a choice, advertising and analytics cookies are blocked by default via Google Consent Mode v2 (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage = "denied"). Only after explicit opt-in ("Accept all") are these cookies permitted. With "Only necessary" only technically required cookies are set and ads are served in non-personalized mode.

We store your selection in your browser's localStorage under the key dropplay:consent. This is not a cookie but an entry that never leaves your device.

5. Analytics

This website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for anonymous usage and performance data. These services operate without cookies and without personal data. Google Analytics, Matomo, or similar tools are not used.

6. Local browser storage (LocalStorage)

DropPlay stores your high scores exclusively locally in your browser via the LocalStorage API. This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to our or any third-party servers. You can delete this data at any time via your browser settings.

7. External resources

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Technically necessary data (IP address, browser information) is transmitted for this. Beyond that, no other external resources are currently loaded.

8. SSL/TLS encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

9. Your rights

At any time, you have the right to:
